YOUR COMPLETE
COACHING BUSINESS

The coaching and the company. One system.

Perfect your coaching.
Build the business behind it.

Everywhere else those are two different purchases. Here they are one system — twelve pillars, fifty-three tools you fill in and keep, and a finished business at the end of it.

Why it does not hold together

You can buy a coaching resource. You can buy a business resource. You cannot buy the one that connects them.

So most coaches assemble it from pieces. A certification for the craft. A course for the funnel. A template pack for the contracts. Each one is complete on its own terms and none of them knows the others exist.

Which is why the seams are where things fail. Your price does not know what your session costs to deliver. Your facilitation is strong and your enrollment conversation is improvised. You have a graduation moment and no evidence of what changed. One gap ends up carrying the weight of everything above it, and the whole thing feels fragile in a way that has nothing to do with how good a coach you are.

This builds both halves in one sequence — the practice and the company — so the parts fit each other instead of being bolted together afterwards.

Two starting points

You do not start at pillar one unless pillar one is what is missing.

Where you begin depends on whether you are creating the offer or repairing the structure underneath one you already sell.

Launching

Turn your expertise into a clear offer, methodology, program, price, and operating foundation. You start at the beginning because there is no beginning yet.

Building

Start with the Baseline to identify missing pillars, prioritise the gaps, and create your build plan. You already sell something; the work is finding what it is standing on.

The complete business architecture

Five phases. Twelve pillars.

53 tools across all twelve

Six pillars build the practice — how you design a methodology, run a session, hold a room, carry a client through to a finish. Six build the company around it. Count them.

What is actually in it

Every tool produces one finished thing you did not have before.

Not lessons about pricing. A completed pricing model with your numbers in it. Not a module on client agreements. Your agreement, filled in. The library is a build sequence, and the output is the business.

Inside a tool

Numbered sections, real prompts, and a verdict at the end. My Breakeven Math™ walks costs, then owner pay, then the tax reserve, then the arithmetic — and if the number is not achievable it makes you name the one lever you are pulling. Nothing is theoretical.

A pillar roadmap page from the Business Finance and Pricing workbook

Inside a pillar

Each of the twelve workbooks opens with the roadmap for that pillar — the tools in order, what each produces, and where you are in the twelve. Sixty-five documents and roughly 350 pages in all.

Where the work happens

The tools live in a portal, and you fill them in there.

This is not a folder of files dropped in your inbox. You sign in, work through the pillars in order, and your answers stay with your account.

The full Business Baseline

The Health Check on this page is 24 questions. Inside the portal it is 72 — six per pillar, with evidence against each answer — and it is what sets your build order and shows movement when you take it again.

Interactive, not just readable

Tools are worked in the portal rather than printed and filled by hand, and answers carry forward: the number you set in My Price Point™ is the number My Breakeven Math™ divides by.

Yours to read, not to redistribute

Pages are served only to your signed-in account. There is no download, no shareable link, and no file that can be forwarded on. The material stays inside the program.

My Coaching Business Health Check

Before you buy

What this is not.

These are on the page rather than in the small print because a buyer who finds them out afterwards is a refund conversation, and enrollment is non-refundable.

  • It is not an ICF-accredited credential. The certificate records that you completed the program. It does not license you to deliver it and it does not certify your own methodology.
  • Enrollment is non-refundable.You get the full library the moment you enroll, which is why. If a live cohort you have paid for does not run within twelve months, you are refunded for it.
  • There are no payment plans.Every tier is paid in full, up front.
  • It is not done for you.The tools are structured and the sequence is decided, but you do the work. Nobody writes your methodology but you.
